Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Custom or Bulk Orders: May take additional time for processing. We will notify you of the estimated shipping time for such orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. BAGCY is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at +917065001113 .
Delivery Attempts: Most couriers will attempt to deliver your package three times. If the package is not delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

Currently, BAGCY does not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain remote locations within India may have longer delivery times. Additionally, some pin codes may be restricted for delivery due to courier service limitations. In such cases, we will notify you and work to find an alternative solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
